Mr. Curley’s Observations

Howdy Pandas,
Did you see the spy, too? Just how did he manage to get to Panfu through the drain pipes? I’ll tell you one thing: That’s not your average Panda, he’s bendy like a snake, fast like a cheetah and inconspicuous like a drop of water in a lake. Where is he hiding?
That’s what I’d like to know. He did not leave any traces except for a broken bamboo stalk. But don’t worry, Mr. Curley’s got everything under control.
Max, I don’t want to burst your bubble, but please just think for a moment. A clown looking for a spy? Really? Not that I don’t like Mr. Curley. Quite the contrary, actually, he’s super funny. But it’s his job to be noticed at every turn. Detectives have to be as inconspicuous as possible. How is Mr. Curley supposed to find the spy? By telling him a joke, making a balloon hat or doing a hand stand? 
I am really eager to find out what his observations will reveal…
