CP doesn't tell people swfs. People hack them out of there with a Swf Tracker. You can get one for about $600. It turns out you're allowed to use the tracker ***EXCEPT*** "special penguin" trackers aren't good AT ALL. And, yes blog/sites can claim a copyright on the swfs because it's their property and they made the swfs. Where DID you actually get them? Getting them off any blog is a first degree offense. You can't copy and paste. Tell me by email if you wish.

The penguin pictures are also copyrighted by the way.
