1. Go to whoever that is at the Swimming Pool, bottom right corner.
2. Talk to her.
3. Go to the Kiosk and grab the Charcoal on the floor.
4. You are done! Collect your bandanna! Members get to keep it forever, and Non-Members get to keep it for five days.
That's a easy "quest!"
