1. Go to the Jungle, and talk to the snowman.
2.Go to San Franpanfu to get the Watering Can.
3. Go back to the snowman. He'll tell you what to do.
I'm a little late on this...
By the way, has anyone noticed the sign on the Locker? It appears to be in a different language. It says "UMKLEIDE." This isn't the first time this has happened! It was on the Kiosk a while back...
